Overdue Leads
Local companies that have just missed their Companies House accounts deadline, with the director's name. You call while the fine is still at its lowest. One accountancy firm per postcode area.
I find you new clients
Whatever you sell to businesses, I pull the UK companies that fit your customer from the public Companies House register, by trade, size, area and timing, and give you a named director to ask for. Checked before it's sent.
Tell me who you sell toWhat I do
The Companies House register lists every UK limited company: what it does, where it is, how big it is, how new it is, what it's late with, and who runs it. I turn that into a short list of the companies most likely to need you right now.
Local companies that have just missed their Companies House accounts deadline, with the director's name. You call while the fine is still at its lowest. One accountancy firm per postcode area.
Companies six months or more behind on their accounts, often an early sign of money trouble, each with a serving director. For insolvency practitioners, turnaround advisers and business rescue.
Tell me who your customers are: the trade, the size, the area, or how recently they started. I'll pull the companies that match from the register, each with a director to ask for, monthly or as a one-off.
A real example: Overdue Leads for accountants
These are real rows from the accountancy list I pulled on 2 November, two days after the 31 October deadline. Names are hidden here; a paying client gets the full details.

Overdue Leads: why the timing matters
Companies House fines a late company automatically, and the fine climbs the longer the accounts stay late. A director who hears from an accountant in the first week can still settle it at the lowest level. That's why the list is about freshness, not volume.

How it works
Your industry, the kind of company you want and the postcode areas you cover.
Two real companies that match, so you can judge them before you pay anything.
Every active limited company that fits. Dissolved and out-of-area ones are dropped.
A currently serving director for every company, so you know who to ask for.
One spreadsheet by email, monthly or one-off, rechecked the day it's sent. Cancel whenever you like.
What you get
Not a database dump. A checked list of companies in your area that fit who you sell to.

Accountants: every postcode area is open
Overdue Leads goes to one accountancy firm per postcode area. The first firm in an area keeps it until they cancel.
Ask for a quoteQuestions
No. Overdue Leads for accountancy firms is the list I built first, because the timing is so clear. But the register holds every UK limited company, with its trade, size, age and directors, so I can build a list for most businesses that sell to other businesses.
Tell me who your customers are and I'll tell you honestly whether the register can find them.
It depends on your industry, your area and how tightly you define your customer. When I send your 2 free samples, I'll also tell you how many companies match in your area, so you know what to expect before you pay anything.
Some do, and that accountant has just let them miss the deadline. Others do their own books and got stuck. Either way, the fine has started and the director has a reason to talk to someone who can sort it out.
They're limited companies, and everything on the list comes from the public register at Companies House. Under UK marketing rules (PECR) you can call a business unless its number is registered with the TPS or CTPS, and you can email a limited company as long as you offer a way to opt out. Any marketing rules for your own profession still apply, as they do to any marketing you do.
For Overdue Leads, nobody else in your area: each postcode area goes to one accountancy firm only, and I check before I take you on. For custom lists, ask for your area to be exclusive and I'll quote for it. I never sell the data as a general mailing list.
Every company is rechecked against Companies House on the day the list is sent, and dissolved companies are left out. For Overdue Leads it's freshest first, and anything that has filed in the meantime comes off.
Email me and I'll cancel it. There's no contract and no notice period. You keep the lists you've already had.
I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller (ZC288053). I only use what's on the public register: company details and a serving director's name, never home addresses or dates of birth. Directors can ask to be left out at any time. The full privacy notice is at the bottom of this page.

Who you'll deal with
Overdue Leads is a one-person business, based in East Knoyle, Wiltshire. I find businesses new clients using the public Companies House register: who exists, what they do, where they are and who runs them. I pull every list myself, check it before it goes out, and I'm the person you'll speak to if something isn't right.
I'm new and I'd rather be straight about that than pretend otherwise. That's why there's no contract, and why you see two real samples before you pay a penny.
